The Special Cuvée embodies the unique style of Maison Bollinger. It is made from wines of the last two harvests but primarily with a majority of reserve wines (a true uniqueness at Bollinger). Composed of 25% Chardonnay, 60% Pinot Noir, and 15% Pinot Meunier, 85% of which come from Grand and Premier Crus. Its aging time in the cellar is twice the minimum required by the appellation.
